The rent goes straight into your account. I'm not a property management agency: I collect nothing on your behalf, and you see every booking and every payout.

- Messages with guests and arranging arrival times
- Welcoming guests, showing them around and handing over the keys
- Support by phone and in person during the stay
- Departure, check-out inspection and collecting the keys
Paid by the guest
End-of-stay cleaning and sheets, at a price that depends on the size of the property.

Checking on and opening up your property while you're away, small jobs and maintenance (handyman services, free quote).
Price
21.6% incl. VAT (18% excl. VAT) of rental income, after the booking platform's fees
Example: the platform pays you €1,000 for your bookings, after taking its fees

The fees taken vary from one platform to another (Airbnb, Booking…); my commission is always worked out on what's left.
Cleaning and sheets cost you nothing: they're added to the price the guest pays for each booking, depending on the size of the property. There's nothing for you to organise.
No minimum term: you can stop whenever you like, with two months' notice.
