My name is Jean-Christophe and I come from Provence. Yes, yes, Provence… You're probably wondering: “What on earth is he doing up here?!”
Well, I followed my partner, a Berck girl through and through! And I often like to say that the only reason I didn't go any further is that I can't swim!
More seriously, I've been an adopted Berck local for nearly 15 years. Over the years I've discovered this beautiful region, learned to love it and, above all, come to feel at home here.
Today, I'm keen to put my experience and my knowledge of the area to work for owners and residents of the region.
A career rich in experience
My career has given me a wide range of skills, particularly in property, home maintenance and overseeing building work.
After two years in the French Army as a volunteer with UNPROFOR in the former Yugoslavia, I started my civilian career in the building trade, as a painter's labourer and then a tradesman, for nine years.
I then worked for two years for a home services company, before joining a national property group specialising in managing rental properties. For nearly four years there, I carried out check-in and check-out inspections, followed up orders and coordinated building work.
I went on to work for a social housing provider in the region. My tasks were varied: inspections, cleaning, chasing unpaid rent and overseeing building work.
All this experience has given me a practical mind, versatility, thoroughness and a good understanding of what it takes to maintain and look after homes.
Conciergerie des Dunes: a local service
With over twenty years' experience in property and services, I wanted to put my skills at everyone's service by creating Conciergerie des Dunes.
Looking at the local property market, I saw that holiday rental owners needed practical, reliable solutions suited to what they expect.
That's how the idea came about: a concierge service, together with handyman services, to meet a wide range of needs for owners and residents alike.
My aim is simple: to give you a local service, save you time, and support you reliably and attentively.
Thanks to my knowledge of the area and the people who work in it, I can also point you to skilled, responsive professionals when your request needs work outside what I offer.

Concierge
Do you own a property for holiday rental? I support you with services tailored to your needs: welcoming guests, arrivals and departures, cleaning, getting the property ready between stays, and extra services.
As every property and every owner is different, I take a personal approach, based on what you expect and the services you want.
Linen rental
To make getting your property ready easier or to make your guests more comfortable, I also offer household linen rental, depending on the items and packages available.
A practical way to welcome your guests in good conditions and let them make the most of their stay.
Handyman services
Need a hand with a small job or with looking after your home? I also offer a range of handyman services: painting, small DIY jobs, assembling furniture, putting up shelves, cleaning and removing bulky items, depending on the request.
And if what you need goes beyond what I do, I'll do my best to point you to the right local professional.
